1. Important — Product Use & Eligibility

All products sold are for RESEARCH USE ONLY. They are not intended for human consumption, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease. Not for use as a food additive, dietary supplement, or cosmetic. By placing an order, you confirm you are purchasing solely for laboratory, educational, or research purposes. You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase.

2. Ordering & Acceptance

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

• Prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is charged at checkout.

• We take every care to display accurate product images; however, vial appearance, batch numbers, and packaging may vary.

• It is your responsibility to ensure product suitability before ordering. We do not accept liability for results, safety, or usage outside intended research purposes.

3. Payment & Security

• We accept all methods shown at checkout.

• All payments are processed via secure, encrypted systems. Full payment is required before dispatch.

• We reserve the right to suspend or cancel orders in the event of payment disputes, chargebacks, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• UK Shipping: Royal Mail Discreet Tracked — £5.00 flat rate. 2–3 working days typically. Same/next working day dispatch.

• Discretion: All orders shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no business or product identifiers.

• Tracking & Signature: All services include full tracking and require a signature on delivery.

• Delivery Delays: We aim to dispatch promptly but cannot guarantee delivery dates — Royal Mail delays are outside our control. We are not liable for loss or damage once the carrier has accepted the parcel.

• International: Currently UK delivery only.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• Cancellations: You may cancel an order before it is dispatched for a full refund. Once dispatched, our standard returns policy applies.

• Returns Policy: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been dispatched. This is to ensure safety, hygiene, and product integrity.

• Damaged / Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and items. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

• Lost Parcels: If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel, contact us within 7 days. We will liaise with Royal Mail and offer a replacement or refund once confirmed lost.

6. Storage & Handling

• Products must be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Some items require refrigeration — check product details.

• We accept no liability for degradation, contamination, or loss of potency due to improper storage, handling, or use after receipt.

7. Intellectual Property

• All website content, text, images, logos, and branding are the property of Midlands Peptides and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Midlands Peptides shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from product use, inability to use products, or any other cause. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

10. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
